Kamlesh S. Desai, MD

Kamlesh S. Desai, M.D. graduated from University of Baroda, Faculty of Medicine. Following his residencies at Episcopal Hospital, Philadelphia PA and Case Western Reserve Hospital, Cleveland, OH, he completed a fellowship in Rheumatoid Arthritis at Case Western Reserve Hospital.

Dr. Desai is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, New York Spine Society, the Medical Society of the State of New York and the Broome County Medical Society. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor for Upstate Medical Center. Dr. Desai has privileges at Binghamton General Hospital, Wilson Memorial Hospital and Lourdes Hospital.

Dr. Desai has been in practice at Orthopedic Associates since 1973.


P. Bruce Ebrahimpour, MD

P. Bruce Ebrahimpour, MD

P. Bruce Ebrahimpour, MD graduated from Temple University School of Medicine, Philadelphia, PA. Following his residency at SUNY Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, he completed a fellowship in Adult Reconstruction and Joint Replacement at the world-renowned Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) in New York City, NY. His area of special expertise include primary total hip and knee replacement surgery using standard instrumentation, computer navigation and patient-specific cutting blocks; hip replacement through the revolutionary direct anterior approach as well as the more traditional posterior approach; hip resurfacing; complex revision surgery for failed hip and knee replacements including for infection, implant wear and loosening, fractures, and instability. He also performs knee and hip arthroscopy and fracture surgery.

Dr. Ebrahimpour is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He is diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery and member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Association of Hip and Knee Surgeons. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor at Columbia University Medical Center. Dr. Ebrahimpour has privileges at Binghamton General Hospital, Wilson Medical Center and Our Lady of Lourdes Memorial Hospital.

Dr. Ebrahimpour has been in practice at Orthopedic Associates since 2014.


David W. Ellison, MD

David W. Ellison, MD

David W. Ellison, M.D. graduated from Hahnemann University, Philadelphia, PA. Following his residency at Albany Medical Center, he completed 4 years as an orthopedic surgeon for the U.S. Navy. Dr. Ellison completed his hand surgery fellowship at Loma Linda University Medical Center, Loma Linda, CA.

Dr. Ellison is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery and Hand Surgery. He is a member of the American Society of Surgery of the Hand, the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, the Medical Society of the State of New York and the Broome County Medical Society. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor for Upstate Medical Center. Dr. Ellison has privileges at Binghamton General Hospital, Wilson Memorial Hospital and Lourdes Hospital.

Michael G. McClure, M.D. graduated from University of Pittsburg Medical School.

Eric Seybold, MD

Eric Seybold, MD

Eric A. Seybold, M.D. graduated from SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. Following his residency at University of Massachusetts Medical Center, Dr. Seybold completed his Spine Fellowship at SUNY Health Science Center at Syracuse. His areas of surgical expertise include both reconstructive and minimally invasive spine surgery as well as total joint replacement surgery. Dr. Seybold is an avid water ski afficionado.

Dr. Seybold is board certified in Orthopedic Surgery. He is a member of the American Academy of the Orthopaedic Surgeons, North American Spine Society, New York Spine Society, the Medical Society of the State of New York and the Broome County Medical Society He is a Clinical Assistant Professor for Upstate Medical Center. Jonathan T. Gdovin, RPA-C, ATC received his Masters of Science, Physician Assisant degree from Marywood University, Scranton, PA. Jon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Athletic Training from SUNY Cortland, Cortland, NY. Jon is a Volunteer Fireman for the Town of Binghamton. Mr.Gdovin is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association. He is a member of the National Athletic Trainers’ Association, Jon has privileges at Binghamton General Hospital, Wilson Memorial Hospital and Lourdes Hospital. Jon Gdovic, RPA-C, ATC has been in practice at Orthopedic Associates since October 2008..

Cassandra J. Roma, RPA-C received her Masters of Science in Physician Assistant Studies from DeSales University, Center Valley , PA. She received her Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science from Ithaca College, Ithaca, NY.

Ms. Roma is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants, the American College of Sports Medicine and the National Strength & Conditioning Association. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Cassandra is new to our office and will have privileges at Binghamton General Hospital, Wilson Memorial Hospital and Lourdes Hospital.

Cassandra Roma, RPA-C joined our office in 2010.


Nicholas Kenhart, FNP

Nicholas Kenhart, FNP

Nick Kenhart is a family nurse practitioner who received his Bachelors of science in nursing at Binghamton University and then went on for his masters of science in nursing, and FNP certification as well as a Nurse educator certificate at Binghamton University, graduating in 2010. He has experiences in general practice, and Emergency medicine prior to joining our practice.

Mr Kenhart is certified by the AANP, the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He is a member of the Nurse Practitioners Association. Nick is new to our office and has privileges at Binghamton General Hospital, Wilson Memorial Hospital and Lourdes Hospital.
